In 2011, Nhan Lam attended a Real Estate Rehabbing Bootcamp that would change the course of his life. At the time, he was working full-time in Corporate America as an aerospace engineer with a master’s degree—but he knew his career wouldn’t give him the freedom or flexibility he wanted for his family.

Within two years, Nhan replaced his corporate income through rehabs, wholesales, and rentals, and left his job to pursue real estate full-time. Since then, he has averaged 12–15 deals annually and founded multiple companies to support real estate investors nationwide.

As of 2023, Nhan has personally trained more than 1,000 students through his bootcamps and mentorship programs, boasting a student success rate well above the industry average. His hands-on approach focuses on building custom business plans tailored to each student’s skills, ensuring they achieve tangible results.

Today, as a father of five, Nhan continues to balance his thriving real estate ventures with family life—measuring success not by income, but by the number of people he’s helped achieve their own freedom.
